EarnTheBeer.com was conceived during a hiking trip in the San Juan Islands in Washington State. While descending Mt. Guemes (see map below), the conversation moved to how we officially earned the beer. Poof! Magic! Whalla!

 

Our thought process centered around the ability for the everyday athlete to challenge themselves to earn the reward of a frosty, cold beverage. I mean what is better than having that first sip of that adult beverage after you just worked your tail off? Right?

 

Our goal with The Movement is to continually post how we earned our beer and to push other folks to do the same. We also encourage the achievers of beer to submit their stories.
